By accessing or using Zetta API ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.1 Credits. Services are prepaid via credits. 1 credit = $1.00 USD. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
2.2 USDT Payments. All payments are processed in USDT (TRC-20) via NOWPayments. By submitting a payment, you confirm the transaction is authorized by the wallet owner.
2.3 Pricing. Per-service pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice. All prices include a 20% platform margin (1.2× upstream cost).
3.1 Registration. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
3.2 API Keys. Do not share your API keys. Keys found in public repositories will be revoked immediately. You may generate new keys at any time.
3.3 Inactivity. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be frozen. Credits are preserved and reactivated upon next top-up.
4.1 Rate Limits. 60 requests per minute, 1,000 requests per hour. Higher limits available for Enterprise plans.
4.2 Acceptable Use. Do not use the Service for illegal content, harassment, spam, malware, or any activity violating Chinese or Venezuelan law.
4.3 Fair Use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaging in excessive or abusive usage patterns.
(a) Third-party compliance. You must comply with the terms of service of any website you access via the Browser Agent.
(b) No scraping of personal data. Do not use the Browser Agent to collect personal information or credentials.
(c) Per-action billing. Each action is charged as listed on Pricing. Sessions auto-destroy after 5 min idle.
(d) Sandbox isolation. Each session runs in a dedicated Docker container (768MB RAM). All data destroyed on session end.
(e) Abuse. We may suspend access for credential stuffing, DDoS simulation, or vulnerability scanning.
(f) Demo credit. New accounts receive 1 free Browser Agent session (up to 5 actions, 3 min). One-time offer.
Generated content belongs to you. The Zetta API platform, brand, and infrastructure are owned by Sellox. "Zetta API" and the Sellox logo are protected trademarks.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or availability of third-party models. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited.
