1. Credits Are Non-Refundable
All credit purchases are final. Zetta API sells usage credits, not monetary deposits. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged back for USD, USDT, or any other currency.
This is standard practice for API credit systems (similar to OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI providers). You are purchasing the right to use our API service, not storing money.
2. What IS Refundable
We will issue a refund (in USDT TRC-20 to your original wallet) ONLY in these cases:
- Payment error: You were charged the wrong amount or charged twice for the same order (verified via blockchain).
- Service unavailable: Zetta API is fully down for > 24 consecutive hours (not including upstream provider outages). Refund is pro-rated for downtime.
- Fraudulent transaction: Your wallet was compromised and used without your authorization. Requires police report or equivalent documentation.
3. What Is NOT Refundable
- "I changed my mind" or "I don't need this anymore"
- "The AI model didn't give good results" — output quality depends on the upstream provider, not us
- "I used the wrong model" — you can switch models anytime at no extra cost
- Partial credit balances — you bought credits, use them anytime
- USDT transaction fees (gas/network fees) — these go to the blockchain, not to us
4. USDT Payment Disputes
USDT TRC-20 transactions are irreversible by nature. Once confirmed on the blockchain, we cannot "charge back" a transaction. If you sent USDT to the wrong address, we cannot recover it.
Always verify: our USDT address is displayed on the payment page and in your dashboard. Check the first 6 and last 4 characters before sending.
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with: your order ID, transaction hash (TxID), and wallet address used.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email refund@zetta-api.com with:
- Your account email
- Order ID (from your dashboard billing history)
- USDT transaction hash (TxID from TronScan or your wallet)
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, blockchain explorer link)
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to your original USDT wallet within 3 business days.
6. Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire while your account is active. If your account is inactive (no API calls) for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to expire your remaining credits after sending 3 email warnings (30, 14, and 7 days before expiration).
7. Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving valid service constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and report abuse to relevant payment networks.

1. Los Créditos No Son Reembolsables
Todas las compras de créditos son finales. Zetta API vende créditos de uso, no depósitos monetarios. Una vez acreditados, no se pueden cambiar por USD, USDT u otra moneda.
2. Qué SÍ es Reembolsable
- Error de pago: Te cobraron mal o doble (verificado en blockchain).
- Servicio caído: Zetta API fuera de servicio > 24h seguidas (sin contar caídas de proveedores).
- Transacción fraudulenta: Billetera comprometida. Requiere denuncia policial.
3. Qué NO es Reembolsable
- "Cambié de opinión"
- "La IA no dio buenos resultados"
- "Usé el modelo equivocado"
- Saldos parciales de crédito
- Comisiones de red USDT (gas fees)
4. Disputas de Pago USDT
Las transacciones USDT TRC-20 son irreversibles. Si enviaste a una dirección equivocada, no podemos recuperarlo. Contacta en 48h con ID de orden, TxID y billetera.
5. Cómo Solicitar Reembolso
Email a refund@zetta-api.com con: email, ID de orden, TxID, motivo, evidencia. Respondemos en 5 días hábiles.
6. Caducidad
Los créditos no caducan con cuenta activa. 12 meses sin uso → aviso por email 30/14/7 días antes.
7. Contracargos
Disputas fraudulentas = suspensión permanente y reporte a redes de pago.

2. 可退款情况
- 支付错误:扣款金额错误或同一订单重复扣款(以区块链验证为准)。
- 服务中断:Zetta API 完全宕机超过连续 24 小时(不含上游提供商故障)。按宕机时间比例退款。
- 欺诈交易:钱包被盗用。需提供警方报案证明。
3. 不可退款情况
- "我改变主意了"
- "AI 模型效果不好"——输出质量取决于上游提供商
- "我用错模型了"——可随时免费切换模型
- 剩余积分余额——已购积分随时可用
- USDT 网络手续费(gas fee)——归区块链网络,不归我们
4. USDT 支付争议
USDT TRC-20 交易本质不可逆。区块链确认后无法"撤销"。如果发错地址,无法追回。
务必核对:支付页面和 Dashboard 显示收款地址,请核对前 6 位和后 4 位再发送。
如认为支付处理有误,请在 48 小时内 联系并提供:订单 ID、交易哈希(TxID)、发送钱包地址。
5. 退款申请流程
发邮件至 refund@zetta-api.com,包含:
- 账户邮箱
- 订单 ID(Dashboard 账单历史可见)
- USDT 交易哈希(TxID,可在 TronScan 或钱包查看)
- 退款原因
- 支持证据(截图、区块链浏览器链接)
5 个工作日内回复。批准后退款 3 个工作日内 退至原 USDT 钱包。
6. 积分有效期
账户活跃期间积分永不过期。如连续 12 个月 无 API 调用,我们会在发送 3 次邮件提醒后(到期前 30 天、14 天、7 天)清零剩余积分。
7. 恶意拒付
收到有效服务后发起虚假拒付或支付争议 = 欺诈。我们保留永久封停账户并上报支付网络的权利。
